Description

Child’s caribou skin pullover hood or cap. The back of the hood is made using hide from the head of a caribou calf, and a ruff of wolverine fur is sewn around the opening for the face. Pieces of dark and white bands of caribou skin surround the openings for the face and neck. A fringe of caribou skin strips surrounds the bottom of the hood.
