Description

This is a pair of short-topped boots made of seal skins. The upper cuff is folded over and sewn to form a casing for a drawstring. The fronts and backs of the soles are crimped to follow the shape of the foot. Loops made from hide to hold lacings are sewn into the seams between the uppers and soles at the front of each boot.
